My experiments with baking # 1

We got this new electric oven couple of weeks back and last weekend I along with my mum made this Chocolate muffin and I should say it turned out to be really yummy *beams with pride* ..

the muffin looks inviting. well done. thats a start, in no time you will be cooking up more pastry. but didn't you say you are vegetarian? what did you use indeed of eggs.

i heard there are is something called the "egg substitute" aka "stabilizer". i haven used though. how did u bake?

Thank you so much! I should say the muffin looked a lot better , guess there wasn't proper lighting when i clicked this snap in a hurry before my friend could hog it :)

I did use egg , don' mind eggs :)

Yup, this is very much a choco muffin , its jus' bad photo graphy or bad lighting to be more precise :)

You should taste this and see.. It was too good!
