Need a lil help with twittering

I have been twittering for quite a few months but haven't been a regular with it, but after reading Anoop's post on twitter addiction I jus' thought of logging into my page and checking it out. You can see my twitter updates in the left column of my blog. But, I want to get this tile kind of back ground like how most of you have put up in your blog space. Can someoone help??
