It was a wonderful opening ceremony for Common wealth games 2010 at New Delhi .. great performances depicting Indian culture, a proud moment for many athletes representing their nations .. AR Rahman, Hariharan and a lot other performers adding the entertainment factor .. Wish it turns out to be grand success and a defining moment in the world of sports :)

After a whole lot of controversies the CWG saw its fabulous beginning today and may it be a huge success in the coming days as well in all aspects and be known as one of the well hosted sporting events.

Remembering 26/11

With every down fall comes the perseverence to become stronger and act to the best of your abilities to emerge successful. I'm sure our nation has only become stronger from the aghast 26/11 terror attacks in Mumbai which exactly started on this very day last year and lasted for 3 dreadful days.

May the soul of all the brave souls who lost their lives in this mishap R.I.P.

The super computer developed by the TATA group is ranked the 4th fastest in the world and fastest in Asia..

This super computer EKA was developed at the Computational Research Laboratories (CRL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. It has been ranked as the 4th fastest in the world and is the fastest supercomputer in Asia, according to the Top 500 Supercomputer list announced at SC07, the International Conference for High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage and Analysis at Reno, Nevada, USA.

Today India and the world celebrates 138th bday of M.K. Gandhi or Bapu as he is dearly called by the people in India. He is considered the father of our nation , as he played a major role in the process of obtaining freedom for India .

This day is also been celebrated as the International non-violence day..
