This is one of my favourite festivals right from the time I was a kid. Since we used to go shopping to get few decoration items from colorful umbrella to garlands .. And of course making Kozhukatais at home with all the family members is fun !
This is how my day of Vinayaka Chaturthi is
Hope you all had a great time too :)

This is my first Vinayagar Chaturthi in India. I went to temple in the morning and made an archana for my mom.
my lovely landlord gave me the vadai, kolkatai and chickpeas. made me miss home.
I have only watched in movies that Vinayagar would be drowned into the sea. can't wait to see it.
Do you know which day it will happen?
@Vasanthan
